Set consists of 2 fender flares, one for each rear wheel well, installation instructions are included along with installation hardware. Rugged Urethane quality - Xenon products are molded from though durable Urethane, they are literally indestructible! The Competition's products are thermoformed from sheet plastic using as ABS type material. Its good but not as tough as Urethane. Design - We provide more than function. We provide styling.
